We have been going through a period of significant growth and have added an additional city team and doubled our Nursing Home Team census over the past few years. We have offered more opportunities for nurses to job share, work non-traditional hours and shifts. We have sponsored pay for professional certification in 3 departments and hope to soon have this support for all of our RNs.
